Thank you for choosing Market Experts Trading. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for any of our subscription plans. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described below.

We provide digital products and services — including trading indicators, educational courses, community access, and trading bot connections — that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant-access nature of these offerings, our refund window is intentionally limited to protect both our business and the integrity of our content.

3-Day Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of your subscription charge date. No exceptions.

This strict 3-day policy exists because our services include access to proprietary trading tools, educational course material, and exclusive community resources. Once accessed, this content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. To prevent course material from being taken or trading tools from being exploited, we enforce this window without exception.

The 3-day window applies to:

  • All subscription tiers — regardless of plan level or pricing
  • New subscriptions — from the date of your first charge
  • Renewal charges — from the date each renewal processes

After the 3-day window has passed, your charge is final and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You keep access through the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be processed after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. If you cancel outside the 3-day refund window, you will not receive a refund but you will retain access to all services until your current period expires.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-day window, contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address associated with the subscription
  • Date of charge you are requesting the refund for
  • Reason for the request so we can improve our services

You can reach us through our Contact Page or by opening a support ticket in our Discord server using the /ticket command.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible refund request is approved:

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval
  • Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Bank processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Upon refund, your access to all subscription services will be revoked immediately.

What Is Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 3-day window — no exceptions
  • Accounts with violations — suspended or banned accounts due to Terms of Service violations
  • Chargebacks or disputes — if you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, the refund request is void
  • Partial billing periods — unused days on a cancelled subscription are not refundable
  • Gift card purchases — all gift card sales are final

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests and terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Repeated refund cycling — subscribing and refunding repeatedly to access content for free
  • Content redistribution — downloading or sharing course materials, indicator code, or bot configurations
  • Fraudulent payment activity — use of stolen cards, unauthorized transactions, or identity fraud

Market Experts Trading reserves the right to pursue appropriate action in cases of fraud or abuse.
